Major League Baseball- World series game 3

The Royals and Mets battle for game 3 with the Royals are up 2-0 in the series. Syndergaard V Ventura, who will walk out with a win? Will the Royals go into game three with a 3-0 lead? Or will the Mets make it only 2-1? Only one way to find out, sit back and watch. Today I am going to move away from my average Blog. I am going to give an inning by inning report of the game.
In the first inning Zobrist hits a double to center field, then Cain drives him to third base. Hosmer comes up to bat and forces the Mets to do a fielder’s choice, therefore Zobrist scores, 1-0 Royals.  In the latter half of the inning, Granderson has an infield hit to deep shortstop. David Wright comes up to bat and makes the big apple rise in Citi Field, two run homerun, now 2-1 Mets.
The second inning started off with a leadoff single by Perez, then Gordon hits him over to second with another hit. Rios hits a double into left field and scores Perez, and Gordon gets thrown out trying to get to third. Ventura hits a sac bunt, Rios gets to third. Wild Pitch by Syndergaard causes Rios scores. Escobar hits a single into center field. Escobar steals second base. Royals are now up 3-2, this is already an electric game. The bottom of the 2nd is here, and three quick outs for Ventura.
Syndergaard gets a quick three out for the Mets, are the pitchers finally getting their groove? Syndergaard gets a single to start off the bottom of the 3rd. Granderson hits a two run home run to right field, Mets are up 4-3.
In the fourth inning Syndergaard makes it a quick inning and gets a 1,2,3 inning. With the Mets up to bat, Duda starts off the inning with a single to left field. After, d’Arnaud hits a double along the left field foul line and hits Duda to third. Conforto gets an infield single and scores Duda and advances d’Arnaud to third. Royals switch out pitchers from Ventura to Danny Duffy. Duffy gets them out of the inning, Mets are winning 5-3.
Syndergaard makes yet another quick inning of the Royals, 3 up 3 down, in the top of the 5th. Hochevar comes in for Duffy for the Royals. Cespedes hits a single to center field with two outs. Hochevar strikes out for the third out in the 5th.
The 6th inning is up and the Royals get a hit by Moustakas to the second followed by a walk to Perez and moves to second. Gordon gets a walk too, everyone advances. Syndergaard prevails and gets Rios to ground out to shortstop. Morales replaces Hochevar for pitching for the royals. Lagares hits a single to left field. Flores gets hit by pitch, Lagares advances to second. Uribe hits a single to right field and Lagares scores, Flores gets to third. Granderson hits to Morales, has a throwing error to second, bases loaded. Herrera comes in to pitch for the Royals, immediately gives up a hit to center field to Wright. Uribe and Granderson score, it is now 8-3 with the Mets still at bat. Herrera gives up a walk to Murphy, bases are re-loaded with only one out. Cespedes hits a sac fly to right field and Granderson scores. Herrera Strikes out Duda for out number 3, Mets are up 9-3 at the end of 6.
For the 7th inning, Reed comes in for Syndergaard to pitch for the Mets. Starts off great by having Orlando pop-out to center field. Then having Escobar pop out to first base in foul territory, and after that having Zobrist ground out to first base, 3 up and 3 down, again. Madson comes in to pitch for the Royals, d’Arnaud singles to right field for the Mets to start off the inning. Lagares flies out to right field for the first out. Flores grounds to third and gets d’Arnaud out at second. Madson ends the inning with a strike out.
In the 8th inning, Clippard comes in to pitch for the Mets, Cain flies out to left field. Then right after, Hosmer flies out to center field. Then Moustakas flies out to Clippard for the third out. Medlen comes in to pitch for the Royals, and gets Granderson out for the first out. And then struck out the final two at bats for the inning.
The 9th inning comes around and the Royals need to score quite a few runs. Familia is pitching in the final inning for the Mets. Perez grounded out to shortstop for the first out. Familia strikes out Gordon for the second out. Morales ground out to third base for the final out.

The Mets win game 3, they dominated in hitting and in pitching. They deserve this win. Props to the Mets they win 9-3 and the series is 2-1.
